Gator Plumbing

I had a terrible experience with Gator Plumbing. They didn’t finish the job properly the first time, leaving me with unresolved issues. When I contacted them to fix it, they not only failed to address the problem but also charged me $129.90 again for their visit! This is completely unacceptable. The customer service representative explained that they guarantee their work, however if the issue persists, they will come back, and charge $129 every time, even if the problem is not resolved. The lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking. I trusted them to do the job right, but instead, I feel taken advantage of. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and honest service.

Plumber repaired a broken section of drainage pipe and replaced it with new piping. They did a great job and it was reasonably priced. The only draw back was that they came to check on the problem on a Thursday and we had to wait until the following Tuesday because they were backlogged. But once they got to our job site, they worked quickly and fixed the drainage issue.

I have used Gator Plumbing for over 10yrs. I have a construction business as well. "THAT OLD GUY THAT DOES STUFF" . When someone asks if I know a Plumber I always recommend Gator. They have come thru for me many times. If you have plumbing needs. Think of GATOR PLUMBING....!!!!

Big shout out to Gator Plumbing. They were able to fix the leak in my bathroom. I appreciate that they kept the appointment. They are very professional and efficient. I highly recommend them.

We have hired Gator Plumbing twice, first to update our long outdated shower valves and second to replace a failing water heater. For both jobs Gator provided outstanding customer service. This included promptly scheduling a time to come out, showing up exactly as scheduled, providing us with options and recommendations, carefully explaining the job to be done, and completing each job quickly and with a high quality of workmanship. I highly recommend Gator Plumbing and will continue to hire them for any future plumbing needs.

We had a clogged drain. It turned out to be a bigger problem than anticipated. My dad was a plumber, so what they did to solve our problem was so very much appreciated. They went above and beyond, fixed problem and meticulously cleaned area. They all deserve 10 stars, not just 5. Thankyou guys, amazing!

This is the Mayo Clinic of south Texas plumbing. These people like their work and enjoy getting jobs done right. I found myself with a deceased water heater and by 4 in the afternoon I had a new heater up to code, tested, and ready to go. Manny and Francisco know their jobs and are incredibly entertaining as well. Payment accepted in old fashioned and new formats including PayPal and Zelle. I will hire them again. New update: After a shaky second encounter, Gator returned to its premier status with me on a third inning with Casey & Quentin, refugees from North Texas. Casey served in Afghanistan, and his military background shows thru in both vocabulary & attitude. I recommend sticking around during service if possible: they could do comedy as a side job. Quentin is more of a free spirit, but has the typical Gator attitude: figure it out, get it done. I continue to recommend confirming service a couple days before the actual date. Newer update: Gator set me up with Casey again, with new Padawan Plumber Bo who was a state ranked football player. Casey still has his positive attitude and “git er done” skillset: He’s a Labrador in dealing with people, and pit bull in dealing with plumbing problems: he doesn’t let go until it’s done. Willing to explain every step of the way to curious non-plumbers.

As a homeowner, finding a reliable and trustworthy plumber can be a daunting task, but when I found Gator Plumbing I was impressed with his expertise and his Knowledge exceeded my expectations. They are always prompt to answer when we call, fix any issue quick and best as they can, and very reasonable with pricing. Overall, my experience with Gator Plumbing was nothing short of exceptional. Im grateful to have found a plumbing service that I can rely on and I wholeheartedly recommend Gator Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.
